avinashagrawal which dep r u working in? the simple n most reliable trick is medical leave. Stepwise go like this 1. Take holidays for going home- do it in a Proper legal and authentic way. 2. just before your leaves are about to expire inform/send a letter sighting ur inability to report at job due to ur ill health. Ask for extension of leaves. 3. Keep sending application for extension of leaves along with appropriate Medical certificate. 4. MOST IMP: Report just before expiry of 90 days. i.e. don't be absent from service for a duration more than 90 days, because then they can remove u easily. And this will be a black spot on your career. This is the basic methodology. Over and above this it's ur skills and makeover that comes in, in order to convince ur office mates and seniors about the genuinity of ur situation. So try to get as solid medical base as possible. In one go u can be absent from job for 90 days max. Once u report back to the job, mark ur attendance for a few days and then again start from step 1. Loop goes on!! NOTE: NEVER EVER REVEAL ABOUT YOUR PREPARATION TO ANYONE AT YOUR JOB. NO MATTER WHO HE/SHE IS. NO MATTER HOW THEY ASK IT. All the best!!
