I HV a question...my brother has filled cse form from gen category though he belongs to st category. Is there any provision for switching to reserved category after selection in final merit list??

as per my knowledge there is no such provision. Things like category date of birth can not be changed. Once u fill it that's final.
Even after your brother gets selected he can't claim promotion in service on the basis of category, though he belongs to one. Because he will get selected from General category not ST quota, this year.
